Bird flu has reached Antarctica. What now?

The bird flu virus, which has already killed millions of poultry and wild animals worldwide, has now reached the pristine nature of Antarctica. A research team found many dead seabirds, all of which were infected with the virus. What does that mean for those huge colonies of penguins and sea lions – and does it affect us too?
