The Rise of the Dragons update, patch notes, are now available

Twin Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons just received the latest update on all platforms, including Switch.

The update includes some small additions like the ability to kick users out of multiplayer lobbies. Several other tweaks and fixes are also included.

The full summary is as follows:

  • The leaderboard has been fixed for Survival Mode users with over 250 tokens
  • Special characters are now displayed correctly in Sonny Lee’s character description
  • Characters and upgrades selected for Survival Mode will no longer overwrite characters and upgrades in Story Mode saves
  • The ‘Double tap to run’ setting is now retained when loading into new levels
  • Added the ability to kick users from multiplayer lobbies (behave!)
  • Added latency/ping icon to search results UI for online multiplayer
  • Added the ability for users to cash out early in Survival Mode instead of exiting the Main Menu
  • Updated image showing Sonny Lee in action
  • Fixed an issue where enemies were stuck at the top of the screen in Survival Mode
  • Exchange rates in Survival Mode have been updated
  • Increases enemy difficulty (stats and overall numbers) through Wave 15 in Survival Mode

The Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons update is now available on Switch.
