Final Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous DLC Parties Hard In June

Owlcat Games has announced the release date for the final piece of Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous DLC, titled A Dance of Masks.

The DLC launches on June 13th and will take your party back to Kenabres, where you’ll be able to visit a festival in order to celebrate your adventure and reconnect with your friends.

Of course, this wouldn’t be a Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous DLC if you weren’t also trying to thwart an evil scheme, and so you’ll be battling villains who are trying to “spoil the fun”, according to Owlcat.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the RighteousA Dance of Masks DLC will let you attend a truly raucous party.

Given that this is the final Wrath of the Righteous DLC, it’ll have what appears to be a more personal and emotional focus than previous DLC packs have offered.

A Dance of Masks will feature a new personal event for each of the game’s companions, sending them off in style. Rather than fighting, you’ll get to see what your party members get up to when they have a day to themselves.

Each romanceable companion will also get a new romance event, and dialogues are fully voiced, so you should get a real sense of the relationship you’ve built with your beloved.

If you’re not into the soppy stuff, though, don’t worry; there’s also a new enemy stronghold to look forward to, as well as an arena and several new archetypes with which to get to grips.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous was released all the way back in 2021. It’s based on the titular tabletop ruleset of the same name, and it’s also a sequel to 2018’s Pathfinder: Kingmaker.

Since launch, the game has received a number of DLC packs, with two season passes available to expand the adventure.

You can grab Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous right now on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch via the cloud. You can also check out our review of the game here to see how it stacks up as a modern CRPG.
