Latest Daily Demon video for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance was released by Atlus. Today, White Rider, the first of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, takes the spotlight.

A demon of the Demon race, White Rider has been a main character of the series since Shin Megami Tensei II, and returns in Vengeance as part of the Return of the True Demon quest line, originally a quest DLC in Shin Megami Tensei V. The Megami Tensei wiki has some basic information about this demon’s origin, which you can read below:

“Now I saw the Lamb opening one of the seals; and I heard one of the four living creatures say with a voice like thunder: ‘Come and see.’ I looked and saw a white horse. The person sitting on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went and conquered.”

According to Christian scripture, the White Horseman, or White Horseman, was the first of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse who appeared before the Apostle John.
