Tinkering with human DNA. What is the limit?

For the first time, doctors have cured Dutch patients with CRISPR-cas. Not in a petri dish, but directly in humans. Gene therapy has undergone very rapid development. The next step is the more refined, and cheaper, base and prime editing. We can heal, but how far can you go? Do you have to want to solve all genetic abnormalities? And can things break?
